Project Background

The Association for Astrological Networking is the premiere service organization for professional and student astrologers worldwide. Established in 1982 and based in Los Angeles, it's global membership includes practicing professional astrologers, counselors, writers, publishers, researchers, teachers, and many aspiring and lifelong students of astrology.

Our Work

With it's growing worldwide community and expanded online programming, AFAN needed a more robust set of tools for managing memberships, hosting events, and delivering secure content to members. In addition, AFAN's aging Wordpress website was cumbersome to use and buggy due to an overload of plugins constantly in need of updates.

We designed and built a fully responsive, lightning-fast Webflow CMS website and through technology integrations built out the following functionality:

– Secure member management with website login and authentication

– Members-only content area with automated video posting from Vimeo

– Rich member profiles

– Automated event posting, sign-up, payment, and Zoom integration

– Member email list synchronization and newsletter campaign integration
